Content This course covers the following topics:

- Technology and the Rise of the Digital Firm
- Managing Resources and Capabilities in the Digital Economy
- Strategic Organization Design
- Technology, Skills, and Automation
- Growth Strategies in the Digital Age
Learning objectives This course targets master students who are interested in the progress of today’s technologies and its impact on businesses, the organization of work, automation, management and growth strategies. In addition, there should be an interest in discussing and evaluating theoretical models and empirical studies.
